The Best Companies (BCI) Index score rates eg as a 2 star employer, recognising the company’s clear commitment to workplace engagement and employee satisfaction.

The accreditation was awarded following a Best Companies survey undertaken by 84% of eligible eg staff.  The survey covers eight factors of employee engagement and general workplace satisfaction; including feelings towards management, rewards and benefits packages, workload and support.
