In conjunction with the 2017 eg operational excellence awards, the eg operational excellence day conference for Senior Executives, Managers and Team Leaders took place on 17th November. This interactive conference provided the opportunity to review current and future trends in managing customer demand in the connected world, as well as how to engage and create high performing teams.
The day included keynote sessions, customer presentations and technology demonstrations. The conference took place at St George’s Park from 10.00am to 4.00pm.
