The eg focus groups are a unique opportunity for eg and our customers to network, encourage, share best practice and develop world class operations management standards to help guide future eg software and service developments.

eg Customer Focus Groups

The focus group program has been developed to discuss and share industry issues and customer requirements to help improve eg software and services offerings.  All focus group events are interactive consisting of three core elements:-

  • Networking
  • Operational Excellence Best Practice
  • Product Development

The content of both the best practice and product development elements is driven and developed through feedback gathered across our customer base. This ensures that the key issues relating to back office optimisation and operations management are identified together with the impact on functionality within the eg operational intelligence® software suite.

Separate work streams run within the focus group meetings, where appropriate, to enable individuals and organisations to achieve maximum value from the day.
